Jed Ọbụmneme Ibekwe is a Nigerian entrepreneur, real estate broker and developer, and technology innovator, and the Founder and Chairman of Je’don Group, a diversified business group with interests in real estate, technology, media, and digital services. He founded Je’don Group in 2021.
He studied English and Literature, B.A. (Ed.), at the University of Benin, where he developed strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills that continue to influence his approach to business and management.
He began his entrepreneurial journey as a university student, scouting campus hostels and connecting students with quality accommodation. This early experience laid the foundation for his entry into the real estate sector.
In 2020, he founded Je’don Properties, which was fully registered in 2022 and has grown into a trusted real estate brand. In 2021, he expanded into the technology sector, officially establishing his tech company in 2024 to deliver innovative digital solutions.
As Founder and Chairman of Je’don Group, he provides strategic leadership across multiple ventures focused on branding, talent development, real estate, and digital platforms aimed at improving productivity across Africa.
Known professionally as Je’don, he is passionate about youth empowerment, innovation, and institution-building, and remains committed to building sustainable businesses that create long-term economic and social value.
